A: Cruises will depart from the Renmark Riverfront Small Craft Marina (riverside of the Renmark Club).

Q: Do I have to wear a PFD in the boat?
A: Due to the size of the Tour boat the occupants are not required to wears PFD’s. The boat is fully fenced making it safer for any children under adult supervision. If you would like to wear a PFD, we are more than happy to supply you with one. Please specify ages of any children so the correct size PFD can be supplied.
Q: Is the Tour boat safe?
A: All of our boats have to be surveyed by a qualified surveyor and meet AMSA (Australian Maritime Safety Authority) requirements to ensure that all safety measures are met.
The Tour boat is fully fenced, carries all safety gear required for all occupants, and has been fitted with 3 pontoons for extra stability.
Q: How fast does the boat go?
A: Due to the relaxing nature of the Cruises the Tour boat will coast along at a steady walking pace so you can take in the beautiful surroundings!
Q: What will I see on the cruises?
A: During the Renmark River Cruise and the Sunset Cruise you will head downstream to take in the historical Paringa Bridge and to the entrance of Lock 5 before turning upstream, sweeping the Town Centre and up to Whirlpool Corner, where you will catch a glimpse of the golden limestone cliffs. You might even be lucky enough to spot a koala or two as you pass the riverside caravan parks!

A: Renmark River Cruises have a variety of tours to choose from so you can experience our beautiful stretch of river the way you want to!

Q: Do you do package deals?
A: We can do bundle deals for multiple tours or incorporate a tour into a boat hire to show you the area before you explore it for yourself.
We are also partnered with Dear Lyla and the D’lish Diner who can prepare anything from a BBQ pack to a picnic lunch to a cheese platter for your day out on the river.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We reserve the right to cancel a hire or tour if the wind is over 30kph, on total fire ban days, thunderstorms are forecast or any other adverse conditions that may affect the safety of the tour or boat hire.
If the tour is cancelled by RRC we will reschedule or refund the full amount (minus the booking fee).
If you wish to cancel the tour more than 30 days prior to the tour/hire date you will receive a full refund including deposit (minus the booking fee).
If you wish to cancel the tour more than 14 days prior the tour date you will receive a 50% refund (minus the booking fee).
There will be no refund within 14 days of the tour date.
